Managing ‘Fixed' and ‘Growth’ Mindsets.

Fixed and Growth mindsets have become common terminology in the corporate world in recent decades where companies have favoured generalists over specialists.

But this idea that someone either has a fixed mindset or a growth mindset is flawed. It’s an over simplification.

This is a very Autistic reaction to this kind of proposition, because my true and honest answer about whether I have a fixed or growth mindset, and whether or not I think that is a good or bad thing, is that it depends.
