This is consciousness.

I think it is a form of art.

Because you can learn how to master it.

And if you like, I will even tell you a trick to make it easier - because that's what I'm here for.

I want to help you to really enjoy your life - from the moment you get up in the morning until you go to bed - being full of joy and at complete peace - if that’s what you want.

But for that, you need to become conscious of your life and your actions.

The trick is, knowing how you are going to react - before a situation arises.

For example, one thing that I have decided on in this:

"I base all my words and actions on love."

People might not always understand it or see it that way, but I know that to be true, and I'm always happy to explain, if people have questions - and it allows me to sleep well at night.

Now, I haven’t always been that way.

My ego was quite present at times as well, and when it was, I easily felt wronged or like people didn't understand me.

But I learned to take full responsibility for my life, and with that, I gained freedom from being upset about other people.

They can do what they want - I simply choose how I react.

And when you begin to practice that, you will see that it is not the other people who are upsetting, but what you think about them and how you judge the situation.

Just give it a try and see for yourself.

This week I watched my parent’s dog, and her and Tobby, and I, hung out by the sea, and enjoyed ourselves (as you might be able to tell from the pictures).

If been finishing the HOME chapter of the CREATRIX School, which was such a joy. This chapter more than any other is a meditation in action. It invites you to dream, to feel and to really become present with yourself, your home and your environment.
