Recruitment Barriers.
Addressing recruitment barriers is extremely needed for neurodivergent individuals, in particular autistic people who, across the world, have one of the lowest employment rates of any kind of minority group - it sits at 29% in the UK. And those of us that do manage to retain employment are all too often denied promotions because of our strengths not matching up with promotion criteria that is often designed to favour neurotypical brains.
