Recruitment Adaptations.

In our last article, we briefly summarised some of the barriers that Neurodivergent individuals face in standard recruitment processes.

Here, we turn to some ways that recruitment processes can be made more accessible to neurodivergent individuals and give them a fair chance at employment. The examples we have here are using skills-based assessments, offering a menu of accommodations, and using specific language, which tie back to the barriers in the previous article.
