My dear friend,

How was your week? It’s been so nice and sunny here, and I brought some of the sunshine home in the form of some dandelions that I turned into cookies and burger patties. It’s always such a joy to see them, work with them and to eat them. And it feels so good, too.

And I’ve thought about our bodies and our health a lot because that is what we are talking about in the CREATRIX School right now - which is really showing me how wrong most of what I’ve learned, growing up, was.

We can all heal ourselves by trusting ourselves and not other people. By choosing love, not fear. By not thinking that a diagnosis has a meaning, but that we can give it the meaning we want to. By learning to understand the messages, our body has for us.

Because our body is perfect and already has it all and is always ready to help us come back into balance again. We just have to do it. And if you’d like to learn how - join the CREATRIX School or book a session with me.

The Server Archetype

Any café or restaurant world be a mess without the server, and often they are needed at events or bigger gatherings as well.

A server has to be attentive to what is going while and where they work, but they don’t have to have an overview of the whole project or business, or responsibility for it, they mostly just do what they are told to do – and might do that extremely well.

If this is a role you find yourself in, right now, ask yourself if this is really your passion or leading you to it?

In our golden future, we might still have restaurants or other facilities where people work and serve, but, again, we can also think of other options, that might work just as well, like using robots or buffets, or happily serving part-time at a place you love.

So, if you do this for a living, just make sure you know your why, and that you are not serving because you believe you’re not good enough to do what you would actually love to do, or because you shy away from responsibility in general.

The Server Archetype also reminds you that you are born to serve, though, but not other people, but the expansion of our consciousness and the universe.

So this card is an invitation to check if you are in your full power yet, or on your way to get there, and to see if you are serving your highest purpose and sharing your gifts in meaningful ways, or if you are afraid to step into your full power. Whatever is true for you is exactly where you need to be.

From here, you can take the next step into the direction that you desire, and that can lead you to soul-fulfillment.

Let’s keep things going & expand

The practical archetypes help us organize our lives in practical and tangible ways.

In our families, communities and in our jobs, we might have to occasionally step into these roles to get things done and to keep us all alive, but of course, we can also make these archetypes our professions. In every society, we need to take care of ourselves and others – and as long as we eat, someone needs to wash the dishes and take out the rubbish.

Yet, today, we have an opportunity to rethink how we do this and how we value this.

Again, it is incredibly important not to judge here, as sometimes we have to serve, or to assist, to learn what we have to learn before we can step into a different role, or simply to do our part to contribute to the whole. One position is not better or worse than any other, if we see that all is necessary to proceed.

What does harm us, in our lives, is when we try to do or be something, that we’re not (yet), instead of embracing where we are now, so that we can be present to all that is, learn what we have to learn and then move on, when we are ready and the time is right.

So, who will you be, today?

We are souls having a body experience, and, in a way, our time on this earth is all about our body and the possibility of experiencing life in the physical form.

Our body is, what allows us to be alive on this planet and to experience everything that this life is about.

When our body dies, we move on into different realms, and while our life will continue in other ways, our life on earth, as we know it, will end.

And I think because of this, it is time to start celebrating our bodies more.

Because by celebrating our body more we can build a new, a kinder, a more grateful, a more mystical relationship with it.

Where do you find brown in nature? 
How does it make you feel?



I try to lean against or touch, or hug a tree as often as I can. 


At least every few days.



In the beginning, I felt self-conscious, especially in public places.

Now I do it proudly, and I hope to inspire others.



Over time, when you come back to the same trees, you can really feel their different energies.



When I lived in the countryside, I had three tree friends close to each other.


One had a very soft, sweet and motherly energy, the other one was more powerful and fatherly, and the third one always made me laugh and reminded me to take things lightly.



Nature can ground us and help us feel well-resourced. 


And the brown in nature helps us to remember this.

The ACTION poster represents one aspect of the colour brown, and encourages us to contribute to the whole, our families, our communities.

What is it that you do best? In my family, I’m the one who bakes the cakes, for example.

Just like we each have a message to share, there is often that one thing that we can do better than others because we love doing it more, or because we have more practice, but this thing helps us to do our part to contribute to the whole – with ease and joy.

How can you use this gift in your life?

Often our ideas can get stuck, and we can’t see things differently until we begin to set ourselves and with it our ideas into motion.

But this is not (just) a metaphor. Move your a** and your mind will follow.

This poster reminds you to be active, to go to different places and enjoy the new view, the new feeling, and the new ideas it might inspire.

Or dance or work out and clear your head that way. Whatever feels most joyful to you is the right way to go.

The TRANSFORMATION poster represents an aspect of the colour brown, and invites us to transform something.

Transformation is a form of translation. And in this case, it asks us to follow our body, so it can lead us to translate or transform an invisible idea into a visible form.

The way that bees know how to build a beehive. Following our instincts, our natural push or drive to expand.

Can you just trust your body here and follow where it leads, without using your mind?

Your subconscious already knows what needs to be done, so see where your body takes you. It’s a fun experiment.
