Drumsticks in Lemon and herb marinade

Another quick, easy cheap meal inspired by ‘Simply Cook’, their recipes are really helping me to express myself through food along with becoming more confident in the kitchen.

The inspiration has come from ‘Simply Cooks Sicilian Roast Chicken’ however, mine is neither Sicilian nor is it roasted. I chosen to cook this recipe using chicken drumsticks, this marinade can be used with any meat of your choice.
