Jazz up that egg sandwich

I really enjoy a good Egg Bap, nice soft bap, good quality free range eggs all crispy at the edges ahh lovely.

As much as I adore them, they can become a bit boring I don't want to be put off nor do want to stop eating them. I decided to bring bap up to date with items in the house. Keeping this snack quick, cheap and very easy.
