we're coming to you on a Sunday, because the German national team is on a trip to the US, where they met the US men's national team in Hartford, CT and will face Mexico in Philly on Tuesday.

In yesterday's matchup with Greg Berhalter's team, Julian Nagelsmann got a fun 3-1 win in his debut as "Bundestrainer". It was just what the doctor ordered for Germany who are looking to build some momentum going forward towards the European Championships in 2024.

But the events on the pitch where overshadowed by Julian Nagelsmann's fashion choice. In a weak attempt at cultural appropriation he dressed in a plaid flannel shirt. Maybe he was trying to blend in with the local lumberjacks?
