Mit den Burgundern und den Khmer betrachten wir diesmal zwei Zivilisationen, die mitunter für ihre gute Wirtschaft bekannt sind. Gleichzeitig kommen auch beide mit einem recht flexiblen Techtree daher, wobei wir der Ansicht sind, dass sich die Vorteile mit länger laufendem Spiel dabei so langsam drehen.
