Hello dear Good News community,

Since 2019, Iceland has had the option of a four-day week, which was initially launched as a project but has now become established. With success: stable productivity and satisfied employees. For a while now, I have also been working a reduced number of hours, spread over five days. For me, this means more flexibility and more time for personal projects.

Bali protects holy places: new guidelines for tourists

In order to protect the holy places on the Indonesian island of Bali, the authorities have published new guidelines for tourists. Norway: Contract automatically extended for pregnant footballers

There is a new league-wide obligation in Norwegian soccer that is unique in the world: if a player in the top division becomes pregnant and is in the final year of her contract, her contract must be automatically extended by one year. Brazilian rescue center gives abused animals a second chance

The wildlife rescue center Vida Livre Institute in Rio de Janeiro gives animals that have been abused by poachers in the Mata Atlântica a second chance.
