Dauphiniose my way

This follow on post, was after I finished demonstrating the slicer attachment on my kitchenaid along with being ready of my dinner on Sunday.

Finished with a handful of chopped Flat leaf parsley

There so many different ways of making ‘Dauphinoise Potatoes’ there's the classic way , the French way or there's your own way. Main thing is the correct measurements for your milk and cream only so you get the consistency you require.
