Local swim
My weekend goal is to get in the pool @shepton_mallet_lido tomorrow at 9am. Again I'm very lucky to have an outdoor swimming pool available to use only 5 minutes walk from my home.
I need to get back in shape get my fitness level up and get out in the freshair, this is also for personal benefit fir health reasons and would like to share my journey, progress and challenges with you.
