Accommodations are enough right?

Many employers have enough of an understanding of their legal obligations around disability to have a ‘Reasonable Accommodations’ process.

These processes were in many cases initially designed with physical disabilities in mind, and Neurodivergence has by and large been folded in as an after thought (often without consultation by Neurodivergent people).

This means that the processes themselves can often be disabling and inaccessible for Neurodivergent people. There is definitely work to do here.

And the work goes beyond that.
