Win back your members — drip campaign upgrades you’ll love

Hello media maker,

Email automations allow you to automatically send series of emails to users as soon as they have performed a certain action. Since this feature has been available on Steady, over 400 media makers have already set up almost 700 automations — and half a million emails have been sent! So it's high time to expand the function further.

We’ve made some smart updates to your drip campaigns — so you can stay in touch with your audience more effectively than ever.

What’s New

  • More timing options — Schedule follow-ups at 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 12 months after a trigger.

  • New trigger: membership ended — This makes it easy to create a win-back campaign. Tip: keep it short, personal, and offer a compelling reason to return.

  • Delete existing campaigns — Clean up your list with the new delete option. Thanks to the user who noticed this was missing this!

Starting today, you can activate brand-new drip campaigns or extend your current ones. Not running a campaign yet? It only takes a few minutes to activate one.

The Drip Campaign Essentials

Every project should have at least:

  • A welcome flow for members – the first 30 days of a membership are crucial to show a member it was worth the purchase. Take the chance to make them feel your warmth!

  • A welcome flow for free subscribers – 30% of membership revenue is earned in the 30 days after someone subscribes to a newsletter, so this really makes a difference for your growth.
