Feedback From #13 The ‘Be Tender’ Issue Pitches

This week, the BRICKS team shares their feedback on pitches received for our upcoming print issue.

Back in January, we posted an open call (Öffnet in neuem Fenster) for writing and photography pitches for our upcoming print issue, BRICKS #13 The ‘Be Tender’ Issue. 

We were looking for writing and photography pitches for the SS24 issue including editorials, articles, interviews and think-pieces – spanning fashion, beauty, art, politics, music, arts and culture – that celebrate tenderness.

We received hundreds of submissions and are so grateful to all the creatives who wanted to get involved. We’re really pleased that we were able to accept 12 submitted pitches across photography and writing, and can’t wait for you all to see the upcoming issue in print soon.

While we aren’t able to provide personal feedback for every individual submission we receive, we believe sharing group feedback can offer valuable insight for our members on how to improve future pitches for magazines or clients.
