This week, the BRICKS team spoke to ASOS Fashion Buyer Calla-Rae, and Music and Commercial Events Photographer Eric Aydin-Barberini about their experience breaking into the creative industry without a university degree.

From the soaring costs of tuition, to the limitations of standardised curricula, there’s many reasons why university might not constitute the best path for everyone to become successful in the creative field. Luckily, a lot of creative positions focus more on skills than education, so it’s definitely possible to be hired into an artistic role.
