Finding Awe
New research from Yale (Monroy et al., 2025) shows that moments of awe - even fleeting ones - can reshape how we view our lives, especially in the face of chronic illness and ongoing stress.
In my latest blog, I explore how, awe, and being witnessed by the natural world have helped me stay rooted.

Awe doesn’t need vastness.
It just needs presence.
