Dark Chocolate Carrot Cake
There are lots of recipes available to make Carrot Cake, I thought I'd join in with my version of Carrot Cake.
An easy recipe great for using up any old veg lying around, with 15 minute prep and 50 - 60 minute cooking time (depending on your oven). You'll have a wonderful homemade treat in no time.
