Good fridge keeping
Seems a bit boring starting this post off with 'Let's talk about lettuce'. We'll it sort of is and it isn't what I mean is this little trick can be used on a variety of other fruit and veg I'm just demonstrating this one with lettuce.
Why are we buying pre-pack lettuce? Convince? It's fresher, it lasts longer?. I can whole heartedly say that my fresh lettuce lasts a lot longer than a bag of pre-packed lettuce. I'm going share with you a trick I've used for years, both domestic and commercial.
