I'm sorry ‘Simply Cook’ I've done again, stolen one your recipes in my defence if they weren't so tasty I wouldn't steal them.
This Latin-American inspired meal was from Simply Cooks Peruvian Chicken with Spicy Rice. Ive made in three parts the same as Simply Cooks recipe, with a couple of alterations.
