Homemade Piri-piri glaze

Once you've made this you can keep in the fridge upto 3 weeks in a lidded jar, create your own dish with a bit of spice

INGREDIENTS

4 x red peppers or the long ones

10 large red chillies

1 large red onion

4 x garlic cloves

2tsp x hot chilli flakes

100ml/3½fl oz olive oil

1 heaped tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp x dried oregano

100ml/3½fl oz lemon juice

70ml/2⅓fl oz red wine vinegar

15g/½oz sea salt

1 tsp x black pepper

1 lemon, zest only
