New Branston inspired Chutney

As promised my new ‘Shepton Mallet Somerset Chutney ‘ is now ready and available.

I'm quite excited as this completely from my head. I've been inspired by Branston pickle, but this is definitely not Branston.

I'm really happy with how this Chutney tastes and smells, however a few teething issues such as I personally think the Carrots are a little hard and would require salting first also I feel it could be a little saucer.

I'll let you decide, I await your feedback.
