Kaum 20 Jahre alt hat Mark einen großen Wunsch: Blockbusterregisseur werden. Mit 30 Jahren geht er an die Umsetzung eines weiteren großen Wunschs: Serienkiller sein. Und findet, das kann man ganz hervorragend miteinander verbinden. Man muss nur Fiktion und Wirklichkeit gründlich miteinander vermischen, alles aufschreiben, sich eine abgelegene Doppelgarage anmieten und darauf warten, dass ein passender Fisch im Onlinedatingpool anbeißt.
