In this masterclass Catherine will share and talk through her Frequency Circle Tool - a tool Catherine has developed as part of her 'Rediscovered' Toolkit and show you how you can use the 12 'S' of the frequency circle in your every day life to help you reconnect to your autistic self and better tune into what helps you thrive.

NEW Fam(Ally) Series

Want to be a better ally to someone in your life who is autistic/audhd?

Join us for the first in this monthly zoom Fam(Ally) Series with award winning author Pete Wharmby and Founder of The Late Discovered Club Catherine Asta.

As part of this series we will be exploring all things autism and audhd with families, loved ones, friends, neighbours, co-workers, and anyone who is curious and wants to learn more about autism and audhd, so that they can better support and understand their loved one, family member, or someone who is a part of their world.

In this 1.5 hour zoom event we will explore neurodiversity and the aim is that you will leave the session with a better understanding of what the term means, and how it applies to autism and audhd.

What we will cover:

  • Origins of the term ‘neurodiversity’ and ‘neurodivergent’

  • What is included as part of the umbrella term

  • Concept of neurodiversity as opposed to the older, more negative pathology narrative

  • Why the deficit narrative has had its day

  • Co-occurence of varied neurodivergencies

  • General accommodations and adjustments for neurodivergent family members

About the Event

The Zoom link will be sent out to all participants 24 hours before the event. The recording will be emailed to all ticket holders 24 hours after the event and will be available for 30 days after the event.

Tickets cost £20

Late Discovered Club Members can purchase a discounted ticket at £10.

Join a Group Support Circle in February

Our group sup (Si apre in una nuova finestra)port circles (post discovery and the relational space) are a place to share stories and experiences, explore your late-discovery journey, and to connect with other late discovered women - and all from the comfort of your own space.

Hosted by Catherine Asta, they run as a 6 weekly online zoom support group for late discovered autistic women, wherever you are on your journey, and wherever you are in the world, and self-identiying/exploration inclusive.

Here's what some of our previous circle participants have said:

"I really have found it useful - its been really powerful for us to speak aloud some of our most painful and shameful experiences. I think the trust you’ve helped to build in this group, thanks to your holding such a safe space for us, has led to some lovely conversations in our circle, where we are sharing and asking for help in a very unique autistic way. My two words for this year are emerging and belonging - and I feel this group has helped me to gain those things, in particular belonging."

"I want to express my sincere gratitude for the sessions we've had. They have been truly remarkable, providing me with invaluable insights into myself. Thank you Catherine for your exceptional guidance, attentive listening, and unconditional support throughout this journey. Hearing others share their thoughts and stories have brought so much meaning to this experience."
