Make your own Aioli

Made this the other day as part of the recipe I stole from www.simplycook.com (Si apre in una nuova finestra) , if your interested I want to know the recipe that in inspired me to make my own. Pop over to their website and look for the hallumi and wedges recipe.

If you fancy making your own garlic aioli give my recipe a go. I've made this recipe FREE to access as it is available on Insta@3027_mabel7, and I do understand not everyone is on this social site.

INGREDIENTS

2 x garlic cloves, crushed

2 x egg yolks

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

300ml Rapeseed

Method

Put the garlic, egg yolks and mustard into a food processor or blender. Blitz into a paste and very slowly dribble in the Rapeseed to make a thick mayonnaise-style sauce. The aïoli will keep covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.

However, if you keep your aioli in a lidded jar you can extend the life by another 2 days.

Yes I've left the saffron out its not something everyone has in the cupboard, if want normal mayonnaise don't add the garlic
