I call this Breakfast Bread
I found this recipe in The Able & Cole Veg Box Companion recipe book and I love it. Not only is this tasty, morish, easy to make, its also a great way to start the day. Especially with slow burnering ingredients hat your body needs during the mornings, I find this keeps me fixed until midday all ready for lunch. You really can make this bread your own by adding things you like nuts, freeze dried fruits or dried fruits such as Sultanas or Raisins.
Preheat oven 180⁰C/Gas 4
