… and how to fix it TODAY.

If you’re not seeing the results you want from your kettlebell workouts, you’re not alone.

It seems to be rampant.

In fact, I was talking to someone I’m very close to this morning about this very problem.

It’s really easy to feel like you’ve “tried everything” and then be tempted to throw in the towel because “nothing works.”

At times like these, it’s best to take a step back and take some deep breaths.

(How many? Until you feel calmer. 🙂)

Then, we need to apply logic - a concept not routinely embraced in our society these days - which worships at the “Altar of Feelings” - to extricate ourselves from this situation.

So, let’s break this down:

CAUSE → EFFECTS.

INPUT → OUTPUT.

If you’re not getting the “right” effects - a.k.a. OUTCOME / RESULTS, then the “CAUSE” or the “INPUT” is… dare I say it in this day and age…

WRONG.

There are 3 reasons - or areas we need to examine:

AREA #1: TRAINING

The simplest ways to get results from training is to:

[1] Follow A Plan/Program (Professionally Designed)

This is now a “roadmap” to get you where you want to go

[2] Keep a Training Journal

This is where you log the day, time, exercises, sets, and reps from following that roadmap

Doing these allows you - no wait - wrong word. Too passive…

Doing these EMPOWERS you to track, measure, manage, and recalibrate (if/when necessary) your direction.

The Truth (absolute, not subjective/relative) is if you’re not measuring, you can’t manage, and therefore you’re only guessing.

AREA #2: NUTRITION

The #1 BIGGEST PROBLEM with nutrition is the concept of DIETING.

The word “DIET” in the West connotes something you “go on” to “lose weight” and stop once you’ve “lost that weight.”

Problem is, that’s a bastardization of the true meaning of the word.

DIET comes from the Greek word, “DIATA,” which means, “LIFESTYLE.”

Therefore, a “diet” is a lifestyle - a WAY OF EATING.

The problem in the West is, we have a lifestyle of eating that fattens us up.

And the reason that diets “don’t work,” is because once people achieve their “goal weight,” they return to their old lifestyle that fattens them up!

Then they complain, “I tried the XYZ Diet, but it didn’t work. Once I stopped the weight came right back!”

NO!

The diet did exactly what they expected it to do.

They just returned to a lifestyle (diet) that was designed to fatten them up!

So, the key to get off the “Dieting Merry-go-round,” is to identify the behaviors, the lifestyle choices that contribute to fat accumulation, and replace them with behaviors that encourage the body to burn more fat for fuel.

The simplest way to do this is to PRIORITIZE PROTEIN.

Eat a fistful of protein at every meal.

Start there.

AREA #3: STRESS MANAGEMENT

This is an area very few people acknowledge, even though meditation and sleep apps seem to be gaining popularity.

The way we manage stress can make or break us.

The easiest thing to do to de-stress is lie on the floor before bed and perform 100 deep diaphragmatic breaths.

This will help you fall asleep and stay asleep.

Another way is to actually get 7+ hours of sleep.

This does not mean slide into bed at 10pm and watch 1-2 hours of whatever on your smartphone or tablet.

Here’s the KEY POINT ABOUT SLEEP:

Getting adequate rest ensures you have enough energy to get things done.

That way you don’t “stress out” about not having “enough time.”

So, remember, if you want to change your RESULTS (OUTPUT), you have to change your BEHAVIORS (INPUT) and hopefully this email showed you how to do just that.

If you need a [new] program / plan / roadmap…

My program, Kettlebell MAXIMORUM includes:

[+] A Training Plan: 20-30 minutes/ day, 3-4x week

[+] A Supportive Nutrition Plan: For Recomping, Stripping Off Fat, or Building Muscle

[+] A Stress Relief / Restoration Plan: To Help You Recover Faster and See Results Sooner

[+] A Training Journal: To Track, Measure, and Manage Your Progress

I believe it’ll really help turn things around for you and finally get you seeing the results you’re looking for if you’ve been struggling.

But don’t take my word for it.
