And I know that, because I pulled two cards 🎴🎴 for you, the Beginnings card, which refers to field number 1 in our Wheel of Colours, the field that tells us which colour we need to activate to open up to a new beginning, and the Action card which is an aspect of the colour brown, the colour that is all about action, movement and bringing things into form.

The action card reminds us that just like we all have a message as a gift, there’s also one practical thing we often can do better than others and that we can easily and joyfully make or create to contribute to the whole.

Have you ever asked why you experience what you experience?

I have been wondering about this for such a long time.

I thought there was something wrong with what I was doing, that there was something wrong with me.

But I was just who I was, and like you, perfect.

Yet, I didn't know why people were mean to me.

I didn't understand why people couldn't just be nice, and kind and peaceful, respectful and well-meaning - like I was.

And the truth is, it was - because I let them.

I allowed them to treat me badly. I allowed them to disrespect me. It was all me. The second I said: No more! - it stopped.

But I had to, and still have to, sometimes, remind myself of the fact, that I have the power over my life, not other people - unless I give it away, even if it's my default setting to think I'm powerless and don't have the right to assert myself.

Because there is no one else, and only I can decide what I allow and what I won't allow. And this is true for you as well.

Remember that, whenever you feel like someone doesn't treat you right. It's because you let them. And you can learn how to free yourself from that.

I've created a whole course, the Relationship chapter in the CREATRIX School, to help you explore and define your boundaries, especially when you're not used to doing that, and also to help you figure out how you would actually LOVE to be treated, so you can start to show and live that and make that your new reality.

It can be hard in the beginning to start saying no to things, that you thought you didn't have the power over for most of your life (I thought I was powerless in these regards for 40 years) - but I promise you, that you can change any time you like.

► 𝓪 𝓹𝓮𝓻𝓼𝓸𝓷𝓪𝓵 𝓷𝓸𝓽𝓮

Hello there, it’s Monday and I had lovely people over to celebrate my new year of life yesterday, and so I did not get to finish and send this.

But I love breaking my own rules this way and to accommodate what is, and I hope you don’t mind, that this comes a little later than usually.

Working for myself and by myself and living by myself helped me to understand and value a good routine.

I get up every morning at the same time and I go to bed every evening at the same time, on Mondays I create most of what I’ll post on Social Media over the week. Tuesday and Wednesday are for the CREATRIX School, and Thursdays and Fridays for the Wheel of Colours, Saturday is off and on Sundays I write this Newsletter, if I didn’t get to finish and prepare it on Friday.

And then sometimes life comes in between and postpones things, and that’s lovely as well.

But having a good routine set up, allows us to think less, because we already know what needs to be done.

And it also makes sure that we have everything we need, like enough sleep and rest and action and food and time for creativity or explorations. Because all parts are equally important.

Tomorrow, we will finish the RELATIONSHIPS chapter in the CREATIRX School and on December 1st, next Sunday, we will open the next chapter, the INTEGRATION chapter, to look at how we can find inner peace, and enough rest in our lives to integrate all that we need.

And as you can see, it snowed, so Tobby and I got our feet really wet for one day, before it disappeared as quickly as it came!

The Colour Grey – Authenticity, Equality, Honour & Respect

Finding a good balance between honour and respect and authenticity is something that many people struggle with.

Questions that arise here, and that the qualities of the colour grey can help us with, are around what’s right or wrong, what’s worth more or less, and how each of us fits into this whole system and can find their place and freely flourish and shine.

We need to honour ourselves and others equally to live in peace with each other – after all, we are all but different expressions of the same divine core – and because of this, grey is the perfect colour to help us create peaceful and safe relationships.
