My dear friend,

Who are you when you’re just yourself?

When you’re not trying to be someone or something, when you’re not being something or someone to someone else?

Who are you?

Can you look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself who you are?

What comes up?

Can you see beyond the human you? Beyond this life?

Can you get in touch which your soul? Your essence?

Just give it a try!

Because the world is going to change.

And it will help if we remember who we really are and what really matters in life: to know that we have the power to create what we wish for and that when we choose love over fear, everything will work out for the best.

Besides reflecting on life and the state of the world, I’ve enjoyed my outings with Tobby in the cold a lot this week - it was quite beautiful.

I also made some more videos on a few existential questions, I started preparing the upcoming chapter for the CREATRIX School, which will be about Friendships, and I was invited to present about the Wheel of Colours to a very lovely group of women from Dubai, Germany, Greece and some other places, which was a lot of fun.

The Colour Red – Trust, Passion & Confidence

The colour red is the classical first colour in the Wheel of Colours (Opens in a new window) because red helps us to strengthen our belief and trust in ourselves, and to go through life confidently and passionately – something we all need to thrive.

Once you activate this colour fully, you will be able to do anything you wish for – because you believe in yourself.

And when you believe in yourself, anything becomes possible – it’s the first colour to accompany us through the first month of the year, and it connects us to ourselves – because we are the most important person in our lives.
