My dear friend,

How are you today? It’s still the time of all the blossoms and flowers, and so I just continued - last weekend I couldn’t resist the dandelions, this weekend the lilacs offered themselves - and they smell sooooo good.

I made some extract, and lilac apple jelly, and already tried it - it’s quite delicious.

I still remember when I first moved to Ukraine, when I was 19 years old. Until then, I didn’t care too much about the seasons - all food was available in the supermarket all year around to me, and it was only when I moved to an area, where people grew their own food, that I realized that food had seasons.

And I loved learning about planting and growing things and eating food that grew in my garden. Most of the time after that first year in Ukraine, I lived in different cities though, with only limited space to grow things, so picking the things that are available, even in cities, like wild garlic or different edible blossoms became a new joy.

Wild mushrooms and fruits, as well, when I lived in the countryside.

But I also can’t wait to have my own garden again. Next summer.

I am quite excited about that - and curious to find out where that new home and new garden will be. 💖

What have you been up to?

Of course, we’ve also continued with the CREATRIX School, and I feel myself stepping into my purple centre and my role as a healer, more and more. Which also feels exciting.

Because we can really heal everything - ourselves. And I can show you how - in the CREATRIX School or in a private session.

The Dragon Archetype

Dragons help us to clear negative energy, and we each have a personal dragon who will happily assist us when we need it.

Whenever we feel stuck or like things aren’t moving forward well, we can ask our dragon to burn all the negative energy away, and then we can invite our unicorn to fill the space that is opening up with pure white light and the best intentions.

But we can also send dragons to war zones, or anywhere where people are suffering, to help clear the energies and to support people to move through them.

The dragon energy is protective and fearless, it has a bit of a warrior spirit.

Let’s call in some support

The magical helpers are our galactic support team. While they are currently not in human form, they, like us, come from source energy, are a part of ourselves in a different form, and they are happy to support us, while we are here on earth.

Because even though it can be difficult to wake up to the fact that we lived a big part of our lives ignoring or unaware of our real galactic origin, and that we’re more than we were raised to believe, once we begin to remember our true selves – we also become aware of this help, and that it is always available to us.

Realizing this can be a real game changer, as it can take us beyond our limited, ego-driven, human perspective, and can allow us to see things from a much broader, kinder and wiser perspective.

With each chapter of the CREATRIX School we also explore a different colour - which supports us with the topic of the CREATRIX School. This moon phase, this colour is brown and brown, among other things, stands for transformation.

Our bodies change - because we want to, or because things happen, or just as we age.

There was maybe a year between the first and the second photo - but in the second photo I weighted 20kg less.

I never intended to lose weight, I just changed my lifestyle.

I ate healthier food and stopped drinking alcohol and smoking. It was almost scary how fast I lost weight.

But I didn’t just lose weight, I also changed the way I thought about myself and the way I felt in my body.

I didn’t think I had trouble with my digestion before I changed my diet, but because of the changes, and how I started to feel, I realized I did have troubles all my life, without even knowing it.

And that’s the thing - often we don’t even know how bad we feel until we start feeling better, because feeling bad has been our normal state of existing.

In the current chapter of the CREATRIX School, we think and talk about our bodies and how to love and heal them - how to gain a new understanding of our bodies - as our vessels for this earthly experience - and how to treat them well and give them all they need, so that we can truly enjoy our time here on earth - in our bodies.

And that is all about feeling well.

Transforming our bodies to our liking with our beliefs, thoughts and words - and then also actions, is part of that.

What is it that you do best? In my family, I’m the one who bakes the cakes, for example.

Just like we each have a message to share, there is often that one thing that we can do better than others because we love doing it more, or because we have more practice, but this thing helps us to do our part to contribute to the whole – with ease and joy.

Often our ideas can get stuck, and we can’t see things differently until we begin to set ourselves and with it our ideas into motion.

But this is not (just) a metaphor. Move your a** and your mind will follow.

This poster reminds you to be active, to go to different places and enjoy the new view, the new feeling, and the new ideas it might inspire.

Or dance or work out and clear your head that way. Whatever feels most joyful to you is the right way to go.

The TRANSFORMATION poster represents an aspect of the colour brown, and invites us to transform something.

Transformation is a form of translation. And in this case, it asks us to follow our body, so it can lead us to translate or transform an invisible idea into a visible form.

The way that bees know how to build a beehive. Following our instincts, our natural push or drive to expand.

Can you just trust your body here and follow where it leads, without using your mind?

Your subconscious already knows what needs to be done, so see where your body takes you. It’s a fun experiment.
