Tolkien Apartment (kind of)
Now, this particular apartment changed its name in 2019, if I am not totally mistaken. And as it happens to be in the Edgbaston district there even is a most tenuous link to, well, Tolkien. "Manu's Apartment" obviously realised that Manu does not sell as well as Tolkien.
