Listen to your body.

Neurodivergent people have been taught from childhood not to trust our bodies. Just think about every time you had a sensory reaction to something and people around you told you it wasn’t a big deal and you were over reacting. Part of healing the trauma that comes from being late diagnosed, but also understanding yourself better, is to repair the connection between mind and body.
