Harnessing the Hyperfocus.

I used to sit for 8, 10, 14 hours a day in one place, totally absorbed in my studying or my painting or my work.

By the time I emerged, I would have learned an entire syllabus, created something beautiful, or produced work that would have taken my colleagues months.

But I would also have cramping hands, be busting for the bathroom, and be so hungry I was shaking.
