make your own bath salt

okay okay we all know that bad salt has become super but also super expensive
that's why I'm here today with a recipe to make your own bath salt at home it's very simple okay I know all the ingredients are maybe as expensive as a small bag of bath salt but you have such a small bag maybe 10 times at the same price
that's a yes for me and you can also personalize it
what do you need?
EPSOM SALT
technically isn't
salt at all. But for the purposes of bath salts, we call Epsom salt “salt.” Epsom salt dissolves nicely in hot water and releases magnesium and sulfate ions, which many believe are absorbed through the skin, thereby helping relieve muscle tension. There haven't been any scientific studies on this, but anecdotal evidence suggests that it works.
COARSE SEA SALT
Another addition to your homemade bath salts can be coarse sea salt. Coarse sea salt works best if you don't want the salt to fall to the bottom of the jar.
Salt makes the water more buoyant for a pleasant bath experience in the bath, and many believe that the minerals in sea salt are beneficial to your body.
Similar to the Epsom salt above, there aren't any specific scientific studies on this, but again, anecdotal evidence suggests that it works. We do know, however, that salt makes your body more buoyant in the water, making for an overall nice experience.I love the coarse pink Himalayan sea salt
essential oils
smells very good when you take a bath your whole body will smell like it my personal favorite is lanvender
gredried flowers
this is your choice it can make your bath look very beautiful
mint
Did you know that you can also throw fresh mint leaves into the bath? I recommend that you do not mix the mint with the bath salts, as the leaves will turn brown over time. The salt will speed this up. Toss the mint in the bath when you add the bath salts.
Tip: put the coin in your hand and hit it for a while. This stimulates the leaf and makes it smell stronger.
