Megan Staunton (she/her) has worked in publishing for over six years and holds a degree in Publishing Media and English Literature. A leading agent in her field, she specialises in commercial, self-help and literary non-fiction across the genres of memoir, mindfulness, interior design and midwifery. Previously at Penguin Random House, Megan pivoted to agenting at Gleam Titles where she developed ideas and secured publishing deals for authors such as Influencer of the Year Grace Victory, Paula Sutton of Hill House Vintage and the award-winning midwife, Marley Hall. She is a committed advocate for emerging and diverse writers, she's hosted writing workshops in partnership with brands and is a mentor for the not-for-profit group Black Girl Writers.
