Broken hearts
Darker shadows
bandages and ointment
my body has taken the beating of it's life time
I believed there was something better
but I'm healing
tape up myself everyday
little by little
I slowly climb up on the mountain
that had me slide to fall
the pain I felt
I recover to be stronger
not to live life
like I once did
never
but to hold myself
learning from my past
the self love will be eminent
my mind will be clear
my words would be pure
Only I sit to think
how my life will be
