This week, the BRICKS team shares their advice on managing creative imposter syndrome and encouraging confidence in your professional work.
Ahead of setting goals for the new year and starting new projects, it’s essential to reassess how we think, talk and act to and about ourselves regarding our professional work and in professional workspaces. Only through understanding the impact of negative self-talk and how a lack of professional self-confidence is holding us back, can we reduce these behaviours and encourage positive habits that can improve our experience and output while working.

If you doubt yourself even when you’re doing all the right things, are you doomed to feel like an imposter, no matter what? And why, exactly, do we feel imposter syndrome – and what can we do when that feeling starts to boil up?
