June Monthly Update!
This month has been a month of many reflections.
Unlike in previous months, I found it hard to come up with solutions to my problems. Whether that was regarding family or blogging, it felt like I kept hitting roadblocks.
There was one matter in particular that has been on my mind a lot lately.
I don't understand how we can wake up, go to work and do that all of over again for the next 50 years of our lives.
Destroy the idea that you have to be constantly working or grinding to be successful. Embrace the concept that rest, recovery, and reflection are essential parts of the progress towards a successful and ultimately happy life.

Bloomers are probably thinking that it's our duty to serve and work, but what for? Every day we're exchanging our time for money, and time is very valuable for humans. We're only on this Earth for approximately 80 years and most of that time is upholding this outdated system.
When I went to London for work, I remember watching the commuters and it made me sad to see that we spend our teenage years wishing to be adults but this is the reality. A constant cycle of work, work and work.
This year has made me realise how my health has been affected by trying to maintain what I believed was the perfect way of life.
I know that I'm someone who cannot work a full-time job for life or travel every day. After having time off and recuperating, it made me realise how much I valued that time for myself and my hobbies.
I can go on further about my thoughts about this matter, but I won't as it'll only get deeper. Nevertheless, although I'm still fighting through another burnout, this particular burnout has given in a lot of perspective on the meaning of life and why we're so focused on maintaining this idea of reality.
