Anyone not already registered to vote has until 11.59pm on Monday 17 April to do so (Si apre in una nuova finestra).
People can cast their vote in person, by post or by appointing someone they trust to vote in their place, known as a proxy vote. This year, for the first time, voting in person at a polling station will require an accepted form of ID. More about what can be used is on a borough council webpage (Si apre in una nuova finestra), which includes details of how to apply for an alternative form of ID (by 5pm on 25 April) if needed.
Everything about elections and voting can be found on the borough council website (Si apre in una nuova finestra).
