Opportunity Spotlight: Summer Studios at V&A South Kensington

Drop into the V&A’s Summer Studios (Si apre in una nuova finestra) for a series of free creative workshops with Tyreis Holder.  (Si apre in una nuova finestra) For the next 5 Tuesdays, the artist, poet, visual storyteller and community arts practitioner is inviting aspiring and emerging creatives to expand their creative skill sets and meet like minded people.

The workshops include Aromatherapy Textile pouch making (Si apre in una nuova finestra), Block Printing, Textile Flag Making (Si apre in una nuova finestra) and Carnival Headdress & Jewellery Making (Si apre in una nuova finestra). 

Holder creates installations, textiles, performance, poetry, sculpture and sound. Her practice explores self and identity politics, relationships of the mind in generational & ancestral healing, spirituality, and navigating colonial spaces.
