My dear friend,
How is your Easter weekend going?
When I was growing up, we would always spend Easter in a little seaside village, with my parents, my aunt and her children, and my godparents and their children, and often other friends and family members as well.
There were always a bunch of kids, an Easter egg hunt that often involved a lot of climbing on trees or roofs or crawling underneath old boats or bushes.
It was a lot of fun.
Over time, the house got torn down because it was too old, didn’t have heating and only an outside toilet and shower. And so those family gatherings lost their place in time. Yet, the memories remain.
And that things change and evolve is nothing bad.
We can start new traditions in different places. Today, we had an Easter egg piñata at our little family gathering - and that was fun, and is something that can be repeated - wherever we meet.
I was also reading about a city in the Pacific Ocean today, probably built during the last ice age 14,000 years ago, as it was later covered by the melting water from that ice age.
It reminded me of the fact that our planet has continually changed. And that we, as humans, have always moved from one place to another.
Yet, many of us want to hold on to things as they are - which is not natural or helpful.
We think because we were born in one place we will die there, or would like to. Or some of us do. Or we think that something belongs to us - because it is in our possession now.
Though nothing is meant to last. The purpose of existence is change, is evolution, is the raising of our consciousness.
The idea of dividing and owning land has always been so foreign to me, or to think that things or achievements make us happy or are worth more than love and actual happiness - which can only be cultivated within - and doesn’t need anything outside of us at all.
The earth is our home. It gives us everything we need for free.
We could all thrive easily if we saw that and didn’t want more than we need.
All the inequality in the world is created by us - and that’s why we are the ones who will have to change things - because we are the only ones who can do that.
What we can build, we can also let go of - once we see that it doesn’t serve us any more. But we have to see that it doesn’t serve us any more.
Do you see how the world we live in does not serve us?
Can you see how ridiculous colonialism is when you look at it now?
To go to another country and claim it as yours.
To think one group of people is superior to another.
Or capitalism?
A system that only serves a few and not all?
Yet, collectively we continue to keep up the structures that do not benefit all of humanity, just some. Why is that?
And why and when do YOU do that? How are you upholding these structures?
By buying things that were produced with child labour? By buying products that are not cruelty-free? By ignoring the pain of others? By thinking that it is okay, that other people have a more difficult time than you? Or a better time?
By thinking it is okay to buy everything wrapped in plastic? By not being willing to change?
And what might you be willing to give up to be free?
The thing is, that when we harm, disregard or exploit others, actively or as bystanders - we are not only harming them, we are also harming ourselves - and I don’t just mean that in the: we are all one sense - though that is true too.
We harm ourselves - because we are bound to karma.
And what we do to another will always come back to us.
So the sooner we change and stop harming others - the sooner our lives will become better - because other people will treat us better too.
And while the structures that have been set up according to a dehumanizing worldview are still in place - we can already begin to create the changes we seek in our lives.
We can already begin to base our lives on love - in our relationships, in our friendships, in our families - in every interaction and in every encounter we have. We can make a difference.
When one person treats you with respect - your day changes, and that can change the world. And we can all be that person for someone - and also start treating ourselves with love and respect, because we deserve it.
The thing is - the world is changing - whether we like it or not.
Whether we’ve been privileged so far or not.
And in the upcoming changes, we might lose our privileges - but whether that causes us to suffer or not, depends on us and how we see the world.
Does your big house, your big car, your big mortgage, your big trips, your fancy meals, bring you happiness?
Studies are very clear - money brings happiness until you reach around a $100,000 a year - might be a bit more now with the current inflation - if you earn more than that, money doesn’t make you happier.
Just think of your happiest moments. When and where were they?
Most of mine were in places without running water, or even electricity, they just needed a fire, some vegetables, fresh bread, some water and good company.
What do YOU really need in life?
And why are you holding on to other things?
We can all be happy and free.
And you can make a start by choosing your own happiness today and not by holding on to things, that don’t serve you any more.
These are some thoughts for today, and I hope you enjoy the card reading video for the next week, above, and that you are excited to read a bit more about the archetype of the week (source energy), the colour black (and how it can help you to remember that nothing is really bad), and how mindfulness can help you with living your purpose, below.
I send you my love and wish you a beautiful, colourful week.

The Source Archetype
There is something that we all have in common – every person, everything that is alive: and that is the energy, life energy, source energy, the light, the spark, the breath, which allows us to exist, grow, heal, expand.
In the Wheel of Colours (S'ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre), this is represented by the colour green and the fourth field of the wheel.
Green is also the colour of our heart chakra, it’s what we see in leaves, in grass, it’s the energy that represents life.
You may also call it god energy. But however you may personally call it, you know what I’m talking about.
This Archetype represents our source. It represents what brought us life, keeps us alive and supports us in our growth and expansion and in our healing.
It will even continue after our death, just in another form, the same way our eternal soul will continue to exist and grow and expand.

The Source archetype is one of the two source archetypes that help us to choose wisely - in every single moment: between fear and love, or death and expansion.
The two Source Archetypes take us back to our origin – the beginning of all life. The Source Archetype represents the life energy in all of us, in all that exists, and the Destroyer Archetype represents the absence of life – the contrast we need to experience life.
They remind us of the dichotomy beneath all that exists, and how we can constantly choose between contributing to life and expansion – or stopping it.
These two cards are incredibly powerful – and so are your choices.
In any moment, you can choose between love and fear – expansion and destruction.
Can you become more aware of this choice in your day-to-day life?
And choose life, love and expansion more often?

The prompt for this week is: “How can you masterfully practice your creative self-expression?”
Have you joined the CREATRIX School (S'ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre) - yet? If not, why not?
You can try it for 30-days for free. And if you decide to stay, you can also join a CREATRIX Crew - because it’s a wonderful thing to have a support system in place as we move through life. 💖
A CREATRIX Crew (S'ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre) consists of eight people who are ready to support each other on their ascension journey, or self-actualization journey, or their journey through life, by backing up each other’s intentions and supporting each other in practical & spiritual ways - when it comes to business, health or life in general.
And so we can get to know each other better, without it taking up too much time and space, I post a prompt each week - which the current crew leader posts in their CREATRIX Crew (S'ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre) messenger group, for all crew members to answer.

Nothing in our world is bad - as long as we don’t see it that way.
Pain isn’t bad, if we see it as a reminder to heal.
Loss isn’t bad, if we see it as a reminder to value what we have, and to live our lives consciously.
Likewise, there are no wrong or bad choices per se, just wrong choices for the outcome we wish to achieve.
So, if we don’t meet our goal right away, we try again, until we get there, learning with every step we take.
Because there is no one judging but we ourselves - and if other people do judge us - we can learn to ignore them.
Seeing things this way, we can safely fail and learn and realize that all is always forgiven – once we learn to forgive ourselves.
You are connected to everything there is - and you can create everything you wish for in life - all you have to do is to believe that you can - and if you’d like more support with that, message me or book a discovery call.
Or order your unique Wheel of Colours to explore the role the colour black plays in your life.
It will change your life for the better - if you allow it.
