Accessible Accommodations Processes.

Many employers have enough of an understanding of their legal obligations around disability to have a ‘Reasonable Accommodations’ process.

These processes were in many cases initially designed with physical disabilities in mind, and Neurodivergence has by and large been folded in as an after thought without consultation by Neurodivergent people.
