Staring Hare

Winter slows everything down, even photography — the mornings are dim, my days are busy, and my camera spends more time on the shelf than in my backpack.

A hare sitting on a newly plowed field is staring into the camera. The morning light is shining on it softly from the right.

But without new photos there is time to explore the vault of unedited images. Like this picture of a staring hare.

And yes, this is the same hare as in my All Ears blog post (Opens in a new window) — a new perspective of a familiar face.

Captured with a Fuji X-T30 and a Fujinon XF70-300mm F4-5.6.
