The Tracks Of My Year

Good morning subscribers! Firstly, thank you to all who voted in our recent Album of the Year poll. Hopefully by now you have seen Louder Than War's top 100 for 2022 - if not, it's right here (Opens in a new window). 

When it came to the final reckoning, your votes really made a difference, with many albums that could have been overlooked making it into that long list. One band who should be particularly grateful to you, our subscribers, are Fontaines DC. Skinty Fia was, by some margin, our subscribers' album of the year, with your votes propelling it into second place in our overall list.

Now that the albums are done and dusted, it's time for the tracks. It would be brilliant if you could let us know your top tracks of the year. You can give us ten if you like, or stick to three. Even if you only want to give one special track a shout out, here's your opportunity. 

We are looking to publish this sometime during the week of 12th December, so if you could let me know (simply hit reply to this email) by midnight next Friday (9th) that would be great.
