Dear premium members,

We’re writing to you to let you know about an upcoming video hang-out to which you are invited. Over the last year, we have hosted various masterclasses and education sessions with the team on a range of subjects covering film reviewing, video essay production and podcasting, and for our next one we’re aiming for something a little different.

Two LWLies staffers – David Jenkins and Hannah Strong – will be heading to the Cannes Film Festival on 16 May, and we’re offering our members the chance to join a mid-festival speakeasy where we’ll be available to chat about the films we’ve seen, the films we’re seeing, and all the general rumpus from the Croisette. We’re calling it a Cannes Members Speakeasy, and we’re inviting you in to share a glass of chilled rosé with us.

We’re looking to pencil in something for Tuesday 24 May, but we want to wait until we have the full press screening schedule before we lock something down. So we’ll let you know, and will get video chat links over to you well in advance.
