Free counselling from Catalyst Support

Catalyst Support (Opens in a new window), a local mental health and wellbeing charity are open to free face to face counselling sessions for adults (18+) in Reigate. Available every Monday afternoon at Relate Mid & East Surrey, 44c Church Street, the sessions are open to local residents.

Clients can refer themselves or be referred to us by professionals.  Please email

We offer up to 24 sessions of free counselling to individuals struggling with mental health issues such as mild to moderate anxiety or depression and/or drug or alcohol misuse.  There is currently no waiting list.

*Please note, our alcohol criteria is maximum 12-15 units per day or 100 units per week. Clients must be able to attend sessions alcohol and drug-free and be ready and able to fully engage in the process for counselling to be effective. Due to our remit, the nature of our service and to ensure ethical care, we are unable to accept referrals for individuals with complex trauma, psychosis, paranoia or active suicidal ideation.
