We are all different and have things we can give and share, and things we need help with. Together, we make one complete whole. Can you acknowledge that and focus on your connections this week? What can you learn from them? How do they enrich your life? What do you have to give and share with others?

The 🅢🅔🅛🅕-🅡🅔🅢🅟🅔🅒🅣 card is asking us to check where we are being hard on ourselves. Where are you pushing too hard? Or not hard enough? Where are you making excuses?

This is your reminder to honour and respect yourself & to treat yourself better - because you are and will always be the most important person in your life. Live like it. Love yourself like you would the little child you once were - because it’s still in you.

This is so true - isn't it?

And what's so tragic about this is, a lot of us don't even know how much better their lives could get - until they see it - so it's no wonder they are not even trying.

One of the most incredible things that has happened to me - was to change my diet.

Until I did, I didn't know how badly I actually felt all my life without knowing - because feeling bloated and constipated was normal for me and my way of feeling fine.

I couldn't remember ever not being that, and so I had no idea that I could feel better - until I did.

And this experience changed everything for me.

Because it made me wonder how much better I could feel in other areas of my life as well, if the positive effects this change had on my life was so unbelievable in an area I didn't even know I had any problems.

And of course, the answer was: a lot!

It's why I founded the CREATRIX School, to share simple changes that can help us all to upgrade our lives SO MUCH - even if we don't think we need it.

Like attracts like, and so many of the problems we have, seem normal, as everyone has them - but all that means is that we could all feel and be better.

So, just give it a try.

Open your heart to yourself.

To learn how to treat yourself better, how to care for yourself better, and with that open the possibility for positive change to all those around you - because the difference it will make in your life, you won't be able to hide for long.

► 𝓪 𝓹𝓮𝓻𝓼𝓸𝓷𝓪𝓵 𝓷𝓸𝓽𝓮

I really love this time of year. I love standing in the woods and watching the leaves sparkle and fly through the air, as they slowly glide towards the ground.

And I love all the mushrooms too. 🍄 🍄‍🟫 🍄 I cannot unsee them as little houses giving shelter to fairies and gnomes.

The colours are so wonderful, I posted some more pictures on Social Media because all the different coloured leaves and the sunshine are just such a great combination. 🎃 🍂 🍁

So, what that means is, that Tobby and I have been enjoying our time outside last week, I made some nice food, cleaned up the balcony for the winter, made some fall decorations for my home and I finished 16 posters for my shop, which was fun and a much appreciated break from all the text work I normally do.

Going through times of inner growth can be quite challenging - especially for friendships, because our friends don’t always change with us, or go through the same things we are going through - so they cannot always support us the way we may wish they would.

So, in the absence of friends, who know what to say or how to support us, we can use pictures, posters, little reminders to encourage us to keep going and to help feel supported - until we’ve grown into the person we wish to become, and re-find our people and re-create supportive friendships and/or relationships.

Which leads us back to the CREATRIX School - because we finished the GROWTH chapter today, and we will start with the RELATIONSHIPS chapter on Friday, November 1st.

In this lesson, we have a look at how to cultivate happiness inside of us so that we can find happiness on the outside, and we look at releasing the heaviness we might carry from past relationships.

The Colour Grey – Authenticity, Equality, Honour & Respect

Finding a good balance between honour and respect and authenticity is something that many people struggle with.

Questions that arise here, and that the qualities of the colour grey can help us with, are around what’s right or wrong, what’s worth more or less, and how each of us fits into this whole system and can find their place and freely flourish and shine.

We need to honour ourselves and others equally to live in peace with each other – after all, we are all but different expressions of the same divine core – and because of this, grey is the perfect colour to help us create peaceful and safe relationships.
