A CREATRIX Crew (S'ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre) consists of eight people who are ready to support each other on their ascension journey, or self-actualization journey, or their journey through life, by backing up each other’s intentions and supporting each other in practical & spiritual ways - when it comes to business, health or life in general.

And so we can get to know each other better, without it taking up too much time and space, I post a prompt each week - which the current crew leader posts in their CREATRIX Crew (S'ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre) messenger group, for all crew members to answer.

The prompt for this week is: “If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one quality or ability, what would it be?”

► 𝓪 𝓹𝓮𝓻𝓼𝓸𝓷𝓪𝓵 𝓷𝓸𝓽𝓮

My dear friend,

Today was a lovely Sunday. I woke up and baked a cake. I bathed my dog. I did a short workout, had breakfast, mad a drawing and went on a walk with Tobby, on this cold, sunny still wintery day.

I came home, had some lunch, filmed, edited and posted the card reading you can watch above, and then I made myself a coffee and had some cake. In between, I chatted with some lovely people.

And as I lay down, to rest a little - it’s Sunday, after all - I remembered this podcast I made in 2020: Finding Freedom.

Seeing what’s going on in the US and around the world, it seemed more relevant than ever.

Here’s a little excerpt:

Freedom means a lot of things.

My idea of what freedom is: I’m not sure that it exists yet.

Freedom, I won’t let you down. I will not give you up. Freedom. In my mother tongue, the word for school summer vacation translates literally to The Big Freedom. So that’s my first association: waking up whenever I want, the beach, and watermelon. As an adult, the first time I came across the word in English, really came across it, was listening to Janis Joplin Bobby McGee, where freedom was just another word for nothing left to lose. Growing up afterwards, though, it’s clear to me, that freedom could probably be best defined by those who don’t have it. For the poor – money would be freedom, for the oppressed – equality.

I know we need to uphold our freedom every day, and never stop fighting for it.

Fight and criticism and…
love without boundaries and without borders.

In essence, we all want the same –
and we’ll never stop fighting for it.

In regards to Europe, I wish more people would believe that our well-being is tied together with the well-being of all of humanity and that of our planet, and see that the other, and the different, is an opportunity for growth and love – without boundaries and without borders.

For me, freedom is the possibility to choose. To choose your location, choose your community, to choose your career. No matter what your gender is, your skin colour, your sexual preference, or any other criteria. And this is not yet a right by birth. This is right now the privilege of a few around the world.

We need political, economical, and social systems that would enable us to enjoy the freedom, we strive for.

Freedom, I won’t let you down. I will not give you up. Freedom…

What does it really mean to be free?

And we all need these reminders.

None of us has been free in this lifetime.

But it’s time to change that. So listen in.

To overcome loneliness, we first have to meet ourselves.

And to do that, we will explore our inherent goodness, in this chapter of the CREATRIX School (or 4-week course), and bring in a lot of love and patience, overcome some fears and begin to safely open ourselves to the right people in new ways.

All problems in our world can be solved by raising our consciousness.

Because the higher the consciousness, the more we realize we’re all one, and that we all benefit from rising together, from helping each other to thrive as our unique selves.

So, in today’s lesson, we are going to explore this and how we can support each other in practical ways.

In the last lesson, we opened up to the idea of creating a support system for ourselves, so we can thrive and grow supported by community.

Today, we will explore our values, to make sure that we will be supported in a way that aligns with our soul, and our unique needs and wishes.

Let’s look at how to set our intentions for ourselves and to support others with theirs.

Setting intentions and supporting others with theirs is a spiritual practice as well, as it can teach us how not to limit ourselves and others, and it can help us to act in non-judgemental loving and supportive ways.

The Colour Orange – Learning, Experiencing & Teaching

Whenever we choose to live and learn, we thrive in life. Whenever we see an obstacle and choose to overcome it, we open up to new possibilities for ourselves. It’s a bit like climbing up a mountain: the more we learn and experience, the more we raise our consciousness, and the more we can see and understand how things are connected and what the bigger picture looks like.

Orange helps us to keep climbing and experiencing and learning from our experiences, as we begin to fully understand that expansion is our destiny.

And orange is the perfect colour to accompany us in this chapter, as there is no one better to help us learn about ourselves and the world than our friends.
