My dear friend,

I hope your holidays were as pleasant and love-filled as mine. I met with my family on the 24th, 25th and 26th, and we had fantastic food and really sweet times together, and I also quite enjoyed having this weekend to myself.

Tomorrow we will open a new chapter in the CREATRIX School, which I’m quite excited about, as it about self-actualization - becoming our best selves.

And this doesn’t mean that we have to push harder, or achieve more - but instead about coming in alignment with who we truly are, so we can live happy and fulfilled lives.

The biggest limitations we experience in life were often created by others but perpetuated by ourselves, when we believed and repeated the limiting opinions others had about us and accepted them as true.

So, we will explore how we can overcome those limiting beliefs to experience more freedom, more joy, more love and more success - but most of all, more happiness and soul-fulfilment.

The next year will be so exciting - it might be challenging in many ways, but the more we learn to come back to ourselves, to understand who we are and to find safety and strength within, the less it will matter what happens in the world.

In this lesson, we think about death and dying and that our days on this planet are limited – we look at the top five regrets people have on their deathbed and begin to think about how we want to consciously create the rest of our lives.

The Colour Red – Trust, Passion & Confidence

The colour red is the classical first colour in the Wheel of Colours (S'ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre) because red helps us to strengthen our belief and trust in ourselves, and to go through life confidently and passionately – something we all need to thrive.

Once you activate this colour fully, you will be able to do anything you wish for – because you believe in yourself.

And when you believe in yourself, anything becomes possible – it’s the first colour to accompany us through the first month of the year, and it connects us to ourselves – because we are the most important person in our lives.
