The Late Discovered Club

April News

Welcome to The Late Discovered Club News.  If you are here and reading this it’s because you’ve have subscribed to our newsletter (but haven’t yet made the leap to becoming a community member and receiving our community news).

Have you read ‘Rediscovered’?…

It’s been just over a month since Rediscovered was published, and it’s been absolutely heartwarming to read your reviews, be tagged in your posts on social media, and to hear how the book is resonating with you!

If you’ve read the book, please do consider leaving a review - reader recommendations make such a difference.

And do share your photos with me of you and the book, wherever you are reading it or maybe of the autistic allies in your life who are reading it too. Screen shot a favourite paragraph, or your notes and annotations. You can tag me in your posts on instagram and LinkedIn like this reader did.

Season 4 of the Podcast

Our new season dropped on 17th January and we have bi-weekly episodes coming every Friday until the summer. Catch up on our March episodes (S'ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre) and if you enjoy an episode please do leave a review!

Join a Post Discovery Support Circle

Our rediscovery support circles are a place to share stories and experiences, explore your late-discovery journey, and to connect with other late discovered women (max group of 6) and all from the comfort of your own space.

May and June cohorts

We'll explore our experiences around themes such as late discovery, masking, burnout, the places that we go to when the world feels too much, when our bodies scream enough, along with our sensory, emotional and cognitive worlds, and each week will be focused on a specific theme with the opportunity for all participants to talk about their own experiences - along with tools from Catherine's 'Rediscovered Toolkit'.

May Cohort starts Friday 1st May at 12pm (UK time)

June Cohort starts Thursday 13th June at 12pm (UK time)

‘In Conversation With’ Events

Join us for this online 'In Conversation With' Series event with Laura Kerbey hosted by Catherine Asta. In this zoom event we will explore managing and understanding RSD and Imposter Syndrome.

The Asta Community of Professionals

We’ve done the hard work for you, and curated a hand picked community of professionals who can offer the additional help and support that we know our community needs (because you ask us for this help), and provide the extra capacity and specialisms that Catherine doesn’t have (because she’s just one person!)
